Ryder Davis Put the Alpha Omega GP2 on the Box in the First Round of the MotoAmerica Mini Cup Competition at Carolina Motorsports Park.
Ryder Davis won three out of four races this weekend. The Alpha Omega rider took one victory and one second place in the Mission MotoAmerica Mini Cup presented By Motel series on Friday on his Pirelli-shod Ohvale GP-2 190. He upped his game on Saturday, winning both of the MotoAmerica Mini Cup races on that series' spec Dunlop tires.
"It feels great to be back for a new season," said Davis, 13, of Pittsburgh, PA. "There were a few things I could have done better on Friday. I cleaned it up and did the double on Saturday. It was a good weekend of riding and racing."
Davis is tied for championship points heading into Round 2 at Barber Motorsports Park 5/19-5/20.
